Addictions: Coffee, Diet Coke and yes - ugh, cigarettes

Pets: 2 dogs, Snowball, a miniature American Eskimo and Cinnamon, a tiny toy poodle (3 lbs)

What I'm most thankful for:

My family. Especially a husband that is so supportive I couldn't write with out him. He does laundry and a lot of the running around of our teenager, and he never comes home without bringing me a latte! He never quite "gets" where I come up with my ideas or how I could do this, but he reads my stories, edits my newsletters, and always has really good advice.

A teenage daughter that makes me smile, makes me crazy (Don't all teenagers!) and makes me proud.

My adult children are a joy to be around. The fact they've given me grandchildren makes up for all my gray hair!
I also have a very supportive mother and sister that help keep me sane. Literally, as one has a degree in psychology and the other one is working toward it. ;) My parents loved books, moved us all over the world, and raised me to believe I could do anything and they would support it.

Coffee: Large latte with a straw

Music: Oldies, Jimmy Buffet, Reggae, Billy Idol, AC/DC, Bowling for Soup

Vacation: A beach, a book and a drink with a little umbrella are the perfect ingredients for a vacation. Anything with snow, dirt, and bugs does not qualify as a vacation.

Food: Smothered burritos

Weird Fetish: office supplies (Pens, post-its, notebooks. It's nearly impossible for me to walk into an office supply store without buying something!)

When I'm not writing I'm:

Reading

Doing stuff (Teaching my daughter how to drive, homework, watching TV, working out, shopping!) with my daughter

Spending time with my hubby

Playing on-line poker

Camping in our RV and riding quads in the desert (Remember what I said above about vacations? How anything with snow, dirt, and bugs doesn't qualify? Well...sometimes there are exceptions to my rules!)
